Whether you are choosing between the Xbox Series X and Series S or adding accessories to your setup, an Xbox on finance means you do not need the full cost available in one go.
Instead of a single upfront payment, monthly instalments divide the cost over an agreed term. The repayment amount, term length and total amount payable are explained clearly during the enquiry process before you commit to anything.

Rent-to-own is a form of hire purchase. You receive the Xbox straight away and use it from delivery, but you do not own it until all payments have been made in full. If payments stop, Family Finance may have the right to repossess the console. Interest is limited so the total amount payable never exceeds double the original cash price, including any related charges.
Repayments are collected monthly using the method agreed when your finance is set up, including standing order, Continuous Payment Authority, debit card, cash or bank transfer. All payment details are confirmed in your written agreement.
Your first payment is usually due within one month of the Xbox being delivered. The repayment date and schedule are confirmed before you commit.
Xbox consoles are available through rent-to-own hire purchase agreements provided by Family Finance. Agreements typically run over one to three years, depending on your circumstances and the affordability assessment.
You can still apply. Every application is assessed individually and includes an affordability check. A poor credit history does not automatically mean you will be declined.
You can make an enquiry, but approval is subject to an affordability assessment. Family Finance will consider your overall circumstances when making a decision.
